Job Alerts Terms of Service

These terms govern the paid Job Alerts subscription ("the Service") provided by Skilled Route UK ("we", "us"). By subscribing you agree to them. They are in addition to our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. What the Service is

The Service emails you new UK job vacancies matched to the profession and preferred location you provide. Every employer we include appears on the UK Home Office register of licensed sponsors for the Skilled Worker route, in an eligible occupation, with the advertised salary checked against published thresholds where possible.

Important — this is information, not a guarantee. A sponsor licence means an employer can sponsor a Skilled Worker visa; it does not guarantee that any specific role comes with sponsorship, that you will be offered sponsorship, or that you meet the visa requirements. Always confirm sponsorship with the employer before applying. We provide job and register information only. This is not immigration or legal advice.

2. Subscription and payment

The Service is offered on a recurring subscription: £8.99 per month or £59 per year, as selected at checkout.
Payment is taken securely by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your card details.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

3. Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel future billing at any time via the subscription management portal; your alerts continue until the end of the period you have paid for. You can stop the emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any alert (note: unsubscribing stops the emails but does not by itself cancel billing — use the portal to stop payments). Your right to a refund within the 14-day cooling-off period is set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Acceptable use

The Service is for your personal job search. You may not resell, redistribute or scrape the alerts or listings. Job listing data is provided by Adzuna and remains subject to Adzuna's terms.

5. Availability and accuracy

We take reasonable care to keep matches accurate and to refresh the sponsor register regularly, but we do not warrant that listings are complete, current or error-free, or that a given employer's licence status has not changed since our last check. The Service is provided "as is".

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make in reliance on the information provided. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law (including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence). Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above shows the current version. Material changes affecting your subscription will be notified by email.
